The GCP online package includes 9 interactive course chapters with embedded useful documents, links to related websites, full searchable glossary, printable key learning points and a bookmarking facility. The optional online multiple choice exam is also included.

Immediately after you have passed the online multiple choice exam, your certificate will download into your user account. The certificate can be saved as an electronic file and also printed out for your training records. 1. Online payment
We accept the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo and payment is processed through Worldpay.
Follow the links on the website to purchase your licence:
 For a single licence, click on Purchase a single ICH-GCP licence online and then click on Proceed and complete the payment details.
Fot multiple licences, click on Purchase multiple ICH-GCP licences online and then enter the number of licences you require and then click calculate. The amount payable will show on the screen. Click on Proceed and complete the payment details.
2. Payment by invoices
If you prefer to send an invoice for the purchase of one or multiple ICH-GCP licence/s, then click on Purchase one or multiple ICH-GCP licences by order form.
Please enter your order details in the table and an invoice will be sent to the address provided. If the order is on behalf of an organisation, please ensure that you provide the correct invoicing address.
If your company /organisation works on a Purchase Order number system, please ensure that you proved the Purchase order number in the relevant box.
If you or your Trust/organisation has already purchased multiple GCP licences and you would like to purchase additional licences, please enter your order details, ensuring that you enter the name of the organisation that holds the existing account in the relevant box. Once we receive your order the licences will be added to your account and an invoice will be sent to the address provided.
Payment of the invoice can be by GBP sterling cheque made payable to Infonetica Ltd and sent to the following address; Accounts Payable, Infonetica Ltd, Newark Beacon, Beacon Hill Office Park, Cafferata Way, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG24 2TN or by BACS transfer. As a rough guide, it takes an average of one hour to complete each of the nine chapters that make up the course. However the pace is dictated entirely by the user and those with an existing knowledge of ICH GCP may complete the course more quickly. The online exam can be taken as soon as is preferred and may take around one hour to complete.

No, users can log in and out of the course wherever there is an internet connection, and so can work though the course material at their own pace, as and when convenient.

There is no limit. You can sit the exam as many times as necessary. However, please note that once you have passed the exam - by answering 80% or more questions correctly - you will no longer have access to the exam.

There are two version of the GCP online training – one for the UK and one for overseas customers. The difference between the two courses is that in the international course the UK course content has been deleted.

If you are a group administrator, your email has been registered in the system as such. If you would like to issue a licence to yourself for the course you should use a different email address – this could be either a work or personal email address.
